Commercial Litigation Experience Beverly Cahill Rice concentrates her legal practice in the areas of corporate restructuring, bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Beverly’s practice encompasses all aspects of corporate and consumer bankruptcy law. In addition to representing both debtors and creditors, Beverly has represented parties in bankruptcy related litigation, including actions involving fraudulent transfers, preferences, dischargeability issues, state law claims and bankruptcy appeals. Prior to joining Curran Tomko Tarski LLP, Beverly was the head of the bankruptcy practice at a Dallas law firm. Beverly handled bankruptcy and collection litigation for clients in the real estate, consumer finance, aircraft finance and equipment finance industries. Beverly also handled a wide range of defense actions involving the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Texas Debt Collection Practices Act, and violations of the Texas Finance Code.
